Leadership:
Mike Hendricks MBA (Owner) - I started as many do, working for the family business beginning in 2001. After 15 years in various leadership roles in the Oil and Gas industry I decided to come back to the trade and founded Beauty Construction Co. in 2023.

What's in a Name
Names are tough right? Beauty is to the core of our business. We are a northern MN enterprise which means hockey runs in our veins. So why Beauty, well to those that have been around the rink, you know, for others Beauty is: "A term of endearment for a fellow hockey player based on his performance on and off the ice", exemplifying Hard Work, Humility, and Respect for others.
